This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected through sabihahmedkhan.com (the “Website”), how it is used, and the choices you have. The Website is operated by Sabih Ahmed Khan (“I”, “me”), a Microsoft technology consultant based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Texas, USA, and is powered by IENVO Technologies.
1. Information I collect
Information you provide
When you use the Request a Proposal, Contact or Book a Consultation forms, I collect the information you choose to enter. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Full name, business email address, company name and role
- Phone number, company website, country or time zone (optional)
- The service, technology practice and engagement model you are interested in
- Your project description, current technology environment, integrations, timeline, estimated budget and preferred contact method
- Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time it was given
Please do not submit passwords, system credentials, production data or other sensitive personal information through the Website.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the page you submitted a form from. IP addresses are used for security and spam prevention, including a temporary limit on repeated submissions.
- Server logs: the hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for security and operation of the server.
- Cookies: the Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets essential cookies only for logged-in administrators, and the page cache may set technical cookies needed to deliver pages correctly.
2. How I use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and discuss possible engagements
- To send you a confirmation that your request was received
- To communicate with you about services you have asked about
- To protect the Website against spam, abuse and security threats
- To keep records of enquiries and business communications

I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not use it for automated decision-making or third-party advertising.
3. How your information is shared
Your information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the Website and respond to you:
- Website hosting provider: stores the Website, its database and form submissions, and sends Website email.
- Email providers: enquiry notifications are delivered to my business inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail).
- Backup storage: the Website is backed up regularly so it can be restored if needed; backups may include form submissions.
I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a transfer of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
4. Data retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond to you, manage any resulting engagement and maintain business records, and is then deleted. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time (see section 6).
5. Security
The Website uses HTTPS encryption, spam protection, login protection and access restricted to administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information I hold about you and request a copy
- Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected
- Ask for your information to be deleted
- Withdraw your consent to be contacted
- Object to or ask me to limit certain uses of your information

7. International visitors
The Website and its service providers are based in, or may process information in, the United States and other countries. By submitting a form, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

The Website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.

The Website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, my blog and ienvotech.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.
