Frequently asked questions
What access is needed?
Access requirements are agreed during discovery and limited to the environments, solutions and documentation that are in scope. Credentials and production data are never requested through this website.
How is scope estimated?
Scope is estimated from the environments, components, integrations, data volumes and priorities you describe, then confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
What happens after the assessment?
You receive the agreed deliverables and a discussion of next steps. Follow-on work can be delivered as a separate project, through Expert Hours, or by your own team.
Can this be done remotely?
Most discovery, architecture and implementation activities can be delivered remotely, subject to access, security and scope requirements.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The Essential package is $1,499 fixed for 10 hours. A Comprehensive package (24 hours) is $3,499, and Enterprise reviews are quoted individually. Package scope varies and is confirmed in your proposal.
